moist carrot cake

Girls i am looking for a moist carrot cake recipe .......

so if you could have a sniff in your recipe book i would appreciate it ....

i am looking for a particular one, that when it is cooked it is still as moist as a fruit cake .....i think the one that i had used pineapple pieces in it ..lost it in the move

but if you don't have this one i will take what you have...thanks ...
