where are you all?
I spent last week at Mums and went to a fare well for my cousin and his GF, they are OS for the next 12 months. We also attended a 1st birthday party on the weekend just gone too, never been to a 1st birthday party, but it was good and the sun came out for it too.
Have had a gorgeous day here today also, Shane was back at work after a week off so the boys and I got stuck into cleaning out the toy box, tomorrow it is the kids clothes.
What have you all been up to this past/current school holidays?

I was lucky enough to have Hetty come and stay with me for the weekend.
Friday was the airport pick up and dinner on the way home, and we stayed up until 1.40am chatting.
Saturday I dragged poor Hetty along to Auskick and shouted her a snag in bread :p, then we headed home and scrapped for a few hours.
Saturday arvo Blaine had an appointment so Hetty went to Sharons and shopped ;)
Saturday night we went out for Indian and had an awesome night.... Check out the forum for the pics...
And Sunday after a rocky start (dont let me get started ) we had a crop.
Sunday night was dinner and a bit more scrapping and 4.30am was a trip to meet the airport bus... Im sure i will sleep well tonight...

sounds like you have had a busy one Anthea. Every second day we went out somewhere, either to friends places or going to the movies etc. Was good to things when we felt like it as opposed to rushing to school etc.

No holidays for me :( Work as usual. Only a couple of weeks left at work now though, until i'm on maternity leave :D:D Having said that, i've had the last 3 days off sick with the flu :( Feeling on the mend today though, so i'll be back at work tomorrow.

its a glorious day here today, nice and warm and sunny!! so I spent the morning washing my car while the boys had a neighbour over.
Also our Mummy fishie has had more babies today too, a couple of months ago she had 18, then a month later 36 and today who knows, there are too many for me to round them all up again, I may start having to take them to the fish shop soon!!

You certainly sound as though you are keeping rather busy Sammi. Very sorry to hear of the mums passing. A lady I know has had an MR1 scan and bioposy for breast cancer but has been told that both tests are still inconclusive so now she has an appointment to have a full body scan which will take 2 hours to see if that will tell them anything else. Quite a few people I know have been diagnosed with breast cancer including my sister. All very scarey especially when it is is your sibling. Enjoy your time with Grant being home. :)
School holidays were rather quiet here for Zac. I couldn't believe it when the school rang me to let me know that Zac would be having a whole month off. Unbelievable. They seem to get so many more school holidays now than they ever did when I was at school.

a guppy.
they breed worse then rabbits I'd say! LOL
We have had a lot of trouble trying to get any baby to survive for the past 12 months then all of a sudden they are surviving and now we have no idea hat to do with them, may have to take them to the pet shop eventually (we have another tank in the house we could set up)
The lady at the pet shop said when I was talking to her about it that guppies can have upto 60 babies, so my mumma is a bit of a record breaker! LOL I will have to remember to take a pic when the sun comes back out again, it looks so cool!

Busy dealing with the work and study.
Monday of this week was the anniversary of my brothers death and I wasn't in a good frame of mind for the day. Just put one foot in front of the other, cried when I felt like it and was glad when I woke up on Tuesday morning.
Caught a retched head cold, always get them when I am feeling overwhelmed. Off today and gave my kitchen a really good clean, Soph does a great job but just now and again an "Angie Virgo" clean is needed.
Working tomorrow with one of the new student intakes as I can't get a teacher to work Saturdays (wonder why that could be:rolleyes:) and then Sunday if the weather is good off out with Geoff and the doggies, if not scrapping
Off to get the washing in before it rains
