Favourite Lasagna Recipe

Would everyone mind sharing their favourite lasagna recipes. I have some chicken mince that I am thinking I will make into lasagna. Haven't had lasagna in some time so don't have a favourite recipe to make.

Thanks anyway Anthea. I wish I was able to just throw things altogether and cook up something really tasty that everyone enjoys but sadly I am not and one that tends to need to follow a recipe. :confused:

yep i throw things too... hardly ever measure and its eatable... will throw up a recipe for you soon

check out the Taste website, it is FANTASTIC for recipes go HERE (http://www.taste.com.au/) and type in what you are after. I spend ages browsing the site for recipes and have used a lot from it.

shaz ...i would suggest that you go get a lasagna sheet box and flow the recipe that they have on the box .......and just change the beef to chicken ...cause i am a bit of a what ever i can get my hands on type of cook ....

But when Harmony moved out of home...my advise to her was ...check out the labels while you are at super markets ....most things these days come with a recipe or a serving suggestion ...and you can get what you need while you are at the supermarket (((and it stopped her from nicking my recipe books ....grrr lol)))
