Forum Problems?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has been having forum problems like me, or if it's just my computer? I haven't been able to get onto the forum the last couple of days - this is the first time, and even now it's *extra* slow. Anyone else having these issues?

Yes massive problems and I am so so sorry ladies.... This has been the first time i have been able to get into the forum and it has taken a good 10 minutes to get here and leave a comment.
I have been on the phone for the last 2 days trying to sort it out and apparently it is a service problem that they are "WORKING ON"
Ive even got another company having a look at it for me... I am hoping to get this fixed as quick as possible. I am really sorry but its out of my hands... all I can do is jump up and down and hope to god they fix it sooner rather than later.
If any body had any ideas on what i can do, please email me... Im open for all sugestions...

Im having trouble too, lot longer then your 10 minutes Lorrie.

Why not try a ning site? I think their free and they seem to be growing on populatity too.

well the good thing is that the speed appears to be back, but I noticed the site was hacked too, hope everything is OK Lorrie

Woo hoo. Great to see the forum back up and running again Lorrie. Was not able to connect all week. Had been wondering if the site had been hacked resulting in havoc being caused.

Yay!! It's working really fast now!! I didn't actually think that this post got put up because i never got a confirmation!! Awesome that it did though :)

I'm so sorry to hear that all of this happened on your holiday Lorrie - that really sucks. I got the "Game Over" hacker site a bit yesterday, but it seems to be all back to normal today - in fact better than it's been for about a month!!! yay!!

Yep cahttin is back - went to gallery and it seems that some recent Los uploaded are missing from most people's galleries.... what exactly do the hackers do... and why for god's sake????

good to see we are back and boy this has been stressing me out. I have been argueing with this mob for months about the speed and progress of the site and I just got fobbed off. Then to find that it was hacked all I could think was "thats it, game over, ive lost it all including you girls"
But thanks to the hacker suprisingly the site is fixed, but by the look of things it looks as if they re set the site back to May settings, but if that means we lost some files, then so be it. Hopefully it stays working and causes no more problems. im so glad to have you ladies here with me.... god knows I need you all right now...

I wasnt going anywhere else Lorrie, I was itching for the forum to get back up and going again! so happy it is and seems to be working well.

Yeh I noticed the home page was back to May, funny thing is though I/we seem to have recouped all my/our post counts, cause after the culling I lost about 150 posts but they are back to where they were now.

Lorrie not to frighten you but was thinking about the site running so slow before the actual hacking and you might want to check your bandwidth, these hackers were possibly using your bandwidth, hence the site being so slow. They might have redirected to porn sites or used it for spam. Just a thought....

We are always here to support you Lorrie. So glad that the site is back up and running again and fingers crossed there won't be any further hassles for you to have to deal with.

Hetty is right that you should check into your bandwidth being hacked into. That is quite a common thing to happen.
