i got a job !!!

I applied for a job a couple of weeks ago ....at Gemilla's school yuck shop and i got it. it comes with a title .......pmsl ....."assistant tuck shop coordinator'

this job is perfect for me ......it is 15 hours a week ..8.30 till 11.30 Monday Thursday, 11.30 till 2.30 Tuesday, all day Friday ..all holidays off ......and every Wednesday.......i was having a giggle with my friend the other day ...cause if you had of asked me 20 years ago if i would be happy with a job in lunch lady land ....i would of cringed ....lol...

But i am soooo soooo happy that i have a job that still allows me to have time with grant (with out the kids) and with in school hours

yeah i was very surprised when i got the job ...as there were a few mums that did the parent volunteering (like i did most Fridays) that have been doing it alot longer than i have, that also applied for the job .....so i was more expecting not to get it ....so i am a bit stoked that i got it :D

lol...no lynne but it has to be pulled back ....but just for you i will wear one next time i get to melbourne

and i will work on the retreat thing ....would love to go ...but grant really wants us to have a 'us' holiday ....:rolleyes: which basically will mean that i save the money, i organize everything, and we will relax :cool:...but oh well i am sure it will be exciting ..as he wants to take me to Asia to see some of the amazing things that he has seen ....so no retreat for me this year ....but we will see what next year brings .....

Shane keeps saying he wants to take me to Asia too to see some of the sites he has seen and some he didnt want to see without me when he was there, only trouble is that we keep saying we will do it, but never make any plans for it
