Scrapbook CAPITAL - September 2011 update.


Wow, I didn't realize that it had been 5 months since I updated the home page, but better late than never I guess. Apologies to you all but time seems to slip by so quickly and sometimes I think my mind goes with it. Well I can happily say we are over and done with winter so bring on spring, picnics, family time and some great get togethers and photo opportunities. There is plenty happening in September, so much so that I don't think my feet will touch the ground. At least I can finish the month off with a night out with a very old mate at the Motely Crew concert... god knows we both will need a night out to let our hair down. yep September.... bring it on!!!

What's happening @ scrapbook CAPITAL

Happy 8th Birthday Scrapbook CAPITAL. Some of you have been here since day 1 and now have became life long friends. Thank you so much for your support, your love and your friendship. It is highly valued so thank you. The last financial year was make or break for me and my little company and I have to admit that only since the last weekend gone, Scrap Cap was going to fade away. But thanks to a little Western Australian company ran by a husband and wife team Scrapbook CAPITAL is about to be overhauled so out with the old and in with the new. More details soon but make sure you pop in late September to grab yourself huge bargins. Dates and details soon. I promise. I have to apologize to the CALENDAR GIRLS since April. These lovely ladies did a splender of a job with their sketches, challenges and swaps. Thank you dearly for taking the time to do this and thank you to all of you that took part. It has been quiet over Winter so how about kicking Spring into gear and support our up and coming Calendar Girls. Special thanks to Angie Morgan, Kirsti Gangi and Sammi Simpson, our past CG's... Please take part and support these ladies as they support you. I am looking for a Calendar Girl for this month so if this is you, please PM asap. Thanks..

2011 4th Annual Scrapbook Capital Retreat Kicks off in 16 days..... and who's excited??? ME!!! and I bet 1 or 2 others as well. Our theme is Fairies - The Magical Garden. This year we have our raffles, lolly jar comp and a special guest 'Karen from Kazzmos Creations' conducting a class too. I am proud to announce that our charity this year is SIDS for Kids (Red Nose Day). Also a huge thanks to all those that have donated and supported our retreat. Hopefully we can raise more than our 1st year. If you wish to donate to this worthy cause, please PM me and I will only be to happy to give you details. We are still looking for sponsors and Donations so if you can help please let me know. I will take plenty of photo's to share with you all especially at our dress up night.
